Introduction - Marabuku Thirumbuvom!!
What is happening in today's lifestyle and habits?
People tends to get into fast pacing life and forget the saying that "only if we have control in body and mind the world is ours"
Stress, Anxiety, Illness, Pain & Pressure became humans a part but where did happiness, freedom, enthusiasm go??? We all made it die only by focusing towards the money and internet.
Do our Ancestor lived a life where we are facing in this century? Obviously No,
Where they had slow food, slow money, slow life and even slow death occurred. But in this 21st century we are facing towards Fast food, Fast money, Fast life and even who knows? Fast death may occur and of-course its occurring!
Is there anything stopping us to not to follow our ancestor methodology or do we stuck in daily habits of not following Traditionally? The answer should pose in every individuality. As technology changes its not a problem to step forward but not in every aspect. Do we think that?
As an example we can consider the facts that if "80 years old lady can be fit and healthier by starting a free health center why cant 20 years old being affected by obesity or any other disease? Is it because of our methodology and lifestyle we follow or forced to follow? We see people who consult doctors even for sore throat & cough thinking we have something else, a biggest health issue have arrived but why don't we think to have some pinch of crystal salt+pepper which make an immediate relief.
This happens because we have no time to think off or we have no mind to believe on?
Where our tradition went?
