#2 நீராடல்

Bathing is an important daily ritual. But do we ever felt fresh and awake, after having an relaxed and fresh bath. Even-though having fresh bath end of the day why don't some of us are not feeling fresh and relaxed.

It is because of chemical ingredients we are using or that we haven't followed out traditional techniques!

It seems that in ancient times bathing was designed  to restore balance to mind, body and spirit. It is said that we must not be hurry while bathing. we should try to relax and take the benefits from the healing process.

We live in the world where it is extremely becoming hectic to take care of our skin, because of our hectic schedule in our day-to-do life. Also, due to today's heavily populated air we get lot of problems where some tends to deposit between the pores of our skin. This is the one, where we all get blackheads, whiteheads, unwanted breakouts etc.

The solution ? Exist!

I believe ancient time India was very much advanced when it came to personal hygiene and bathing.

Better use can lead to better hygiene life!

#1 Use of Shikai/Shikakai as hair or body cleanser.

#2 The mishmash of certain items can maintain our skin healthy. Those are,

Turmeric, Tulsi, Neem bark and leaves, Lotus petals, Sandalwood paste, Besan etc.

#3 Use low-temperate water for face and head.

#4 Alum can be added in water while bathing if someone suffers from excessive sweating.

#5 Steam bath will clean skin pores and increases oxygen level in the body.

#6 Bathing with cow ghee increases life span.

There is a saying called "சனி நீராடு"

#1 Oil bath with warm water will make skin soft and shining, fresh mind and body, healthy sleep etc.

We might think so! Is there time for all that now? As our country is so hot, rubbing oil twice a week prevent problems like summer tumors, blisters, pimples etc. Oil bathing also removes dirt and subtle blockages caused by sweat on the skin.

We all think Quality = Money. But as time changes kindly think of our lifestyle towards health and try to be organic!
